Hireful Ltd is recruiting a Community Manager for a flexible workspace estate in West London (Marylebone, near Hyde Park). You will greet occupiers and guests, conduct tours for prospective clients, and mentor the on-site team to deliver outstanding service.

The role suits someone with multi-tenanted building experience or a background in co-working, property, events or hospitality, with a salary up to £39,000 and a strong benefits package including 25 days' holiday, private medical and dental

Qualificações

• Experience delivering excellent customer service to occupiers/guests and handling enquiries.
• Proven ability to coordinate events and schedules in a multi-tenant space.
• Experience mentoring on-site teams to maintain high service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Give guided tours to prospective clients and drive occupancy.
• Manage the events calendar and coordination across the estate.
• Ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues on site.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and visitors.
