Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the primary contact for the community and the face of the building. You will report to the Community Management team and help create a welcoming, productive environment for members.

You will manage front desk duties, greet guests, sign-ins, and guide visitors while upholding WeWork policies. You will support events, member connections, and day-to-day operations to drive a thriving community.

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities are important.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountability.
  • Passion for entrepreneurial communities and for WeWork’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk during business hours, acting as on-site point of contact.
  • Greet members and guests with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist with guest sign-in and ensure policy compliance.
  • Build relationships to foster a sense of community among members.
  • Support events and member engagement activities.
  • Manage mail operations and building procedures.
  • Assist in building operations and safety procedures.
