Job summary

Locala Community Partnerships CIC is seeking a Community Staff Nurse (Band 5) to join our Community Nursing Network across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield. We offer a salary of £32,073 to £39,043 per year, a flexible, full- and part-time pattern, a preceptorship for newly qualified nurses, ongoing learning, and a generous pension.

You will provide person-centred home care and carry out holistic assessments.
