Job summary

Well Life Clinic in Oxted, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of new services and sites, ensuring operational readiness, clinical safety and an excellent patient experience from day one.

This hands-on role requires coordinating clinical, operational, technology, property, finance, people and supplier workstreams, taking projects from planning to launch and handover, with flexible on-site and some home-working; permanent or 3-6 month

Qualifications

• Proven track record mobilising healthcare services to go-live.
• Experience managing multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Healthcare background with clinical operations understanding.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians, management, tech providers and suppliers.
• Understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong supplier management and project expenditure control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently under tight launch deadlines.
• Availability to start immediately or within a month.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobilisation plans for new services, facilities and sites.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Work with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe go-live.
• Organise premises, facilities, equipment, technology and systems.
• Support patient pathways, processes, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Ensure governance, health and safety, information governance, and regulatory needs.
• Manage external suppliers and contractors including procurement and delivery.
• Establish and manage readiness checklists and go-live criteria.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; drive actions.
• Provide progress, risk and decision reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate readiness activities ahead of go-live and post-launch support.
• Develop repeatable mobilisation processes, templates and standards.
