Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join the Oadby, Wigston & Harborough Community Neighbourhood Team. The role delivers recovery-focused care in the community and supports a dynamic multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

We offer a robust induction, supervision, and clear learning pathways. Applicants must have NVQ/QVC Level 3 in care, Level 2 Maths and English, and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Formación

• NVQ/QVC Level 3 in care or equivalent.
• Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recovery-focused care within the community and in clinical settings.
