Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally face-to-face.
• Strong communication to resolve issues and complaints.
• Health & safety understanding, handling emergencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Organised, methodical and accurate record-keeping.
• Outgoing, proactive, team-oriented and professional.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence around the development and office and check residents in line with requirements.
• Perform daily safety checks, manage records, protect data, and supervise contractors to keep grounds clean and maintained.
• Oversee works, raise orders, monitor progress, sign-off completion and manage contractor relations.
