Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a friendly store team and help deliver essential services to the community. The role may involve post office, bakery, or online service support, including picking and packing orders for home delivery.

You will play a key part in keeping shelves stocked, promoting Co-op Membership, and delivering great customer service in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is not required.
• A friendly, proactive approach to customer service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help resolve issues.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate on the shop floor and tills, assisting with daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices, ensure accurate stock and dates.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community.
• Be genuinely passionate about helping people and delivering excellent service.
• Demonstrate flexibility across shifts and work as part of a team.
