Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly service, stock shelves, and assist with online orders in a busy store. You will help customers find what they need and support daily operations on the shop floor and tills.

You’ll join a local community-focused team, promote Co-op membership, and participate in community initiatives. Training is provided and there are opportunities for development as you work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful customer service and assist with store operations
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy
• Operate tills and support daily store activities

• Work flexibly across a range of shifts as part of a team
• Assist in post office or bakery sections as needed
• Contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers
