Job summary

Family Action is seeking a dedicated Family Hub Coordinator for Stroud & the Cotswolds. You will manage administrative processes, signpost families, support group delivery, and maintain accurate records while fostering a welcoming, safe environment for children and families.

Two positions are available with flexible working options; one based in Cirencester and another in Stonehouse. The role offers permanent contract terms and progression opportunities within a community-focused charity.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills with Office systems, Excel, Outlook, Word and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processes and family hub activities.
• Act as first point of contact for families and provide information.
• Support delivery of groups and programmes and maintain records.
