Job summary

Wates Property Services is seeking a Social Value Coordinator in Dartford to lead community engagement across our Dartford projects. You will coordinate events, engage with residents, and work with charities to support local needs.

The role focuses on building partnerships, creating social value content, and acting as a community ambassador for WPS. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in events, administration or stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable creating written communications and social media content.
• Compassionate and approachable, able to support vulnerable residents.
• Self-starter with initiative to take ownership of the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with charities, local organisations and community groups.
• Act as a welcoming ambassador for WPS within the local community.
• Identify vulnerable residents and signpost them to appropriate support services.
• Create engaging social value content, case studies and impact reports.
• Answer day-to-day enquiries related to ongoing projects.
