Job summary

Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East in Warrington seeks a Social Value Coordinator to develop and coordinate learning, recruitment, and events to meet Employment & Skills KPI targets on our projects.

You will collaborate with third-party training providers, employers, and community partners to promote construction careers and report on progress, with on-site academies delivering classroom and practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, co-ordinate and report on learning and development, recruitment, and event activities associated with Employment & Skills KPI delivery.
• Monitor and report on delivery of activities and achievements in line with Employment Skills Agenda, escalating where needed.
• Evaluate Employment Skills Plans and support pre-construction tender submissions relating to social value.
• Work with on-site academies and third-party training providers and clients to deliver classroom and practical learning.
• Promote the Construction Industry as a career route to local communities via events.
