Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Bid Team with Social Value content for new projects and tenders.
• Help develop local employment, apprenticeships and work experience initiatives.
• Build relationships with local schools, colleges, community groups and charities.
• Support community engagement activities linked to construction projects
• Monitor and promote positive social impact of developments
• Attend meetings with clients and support customer events
• Liaise with existing customers and maintain relationships
• Coordinate Social Value commitments across live projects
• Manage and update the company’s social media channels
• Promote community initiatives, project successes and Social Value achievements
• Gather information from site teams for bids, reports and marketing
