Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to lead CSR initiatives within the South West, focusing on education, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors. This role offers a path into the Social Value sector from a public-sector background.

You will head up activities across the Southern region, drive local volunteering schemes, and champion Social Value commitments with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSR/Community Impact roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Social Value legislation.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Head up Social Value activities across the Southern region, including within the Education sector.
• Back to work initiatives and local impact volunteering schemes.
• Continuously push for improvement with the Social Value commitments throughout the business, across sites and the pre-construction team.
• Proactively train, teach and lead regarding correct protocol & business standards and expectations.
• Represent the business from a Social Value standpoint amongst the local community also with stakeholders, clients & subcontractors.
