Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited is seeking a Community Engagement and Marketing Partner for The Lodge to strengthen ties with the local community and drive admissions. The role involves coordinating outreach, events, and networks with local hospitals, schools and businesses to raise awareness and occupancy.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the home manager and marketing team across a multi-site footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement and marketing to increase occupancy.
• Ability to manage enquiries from families and referrals with timely follow-up.
• Strong networking with hospitals, hospices, and local organisations.

• Work with the home manager and marketing team to implement occupancy strategies.
• Manage enquiries from prospective families and referrals with timely follow-up and information.
• Engage with referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and rehabilitation centres.
• Organise networking events, presentations, and information sessions for local healthcare professionals.
• Conduct community outreach and presentations to educate the public on the benefits of our homes.
• Coordinate tours of the home and facilitate trial stays for prospective residents.
