The Community Engagement Manager is central to our efforts to support the communities we serve, beyond our core broadband network. A key role in devising and executing the Highland Broadband Go To Market (GTM) strategy. The role handles both planning, covering settlement level geo-targeting and sales and marketing strategy as well as being a key part in execution. Covering both residential and business, the role identifies key targets for sponsorships, community engagement and 'lighthouse' businesses and sets timelines across the year against which the sales and marketing teams execute. Success is measured by install penetration, project by project.
