Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Engagement Lead to drive Greenwich INT community work, building trusted relationships with local communities, voluntary and faith groups, and INT partners to ensure voices shape how neighbourhood services are planned and delivered.

The role is 0.6 WTE (22.5 hours per week) for 12 months, with possible secondment. Based at 4 Emerton Close, Bexleyheath, it requires strong facilitation and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject with ongoing professional development.
• Current registration with a relevant professional body.
• Training in community development, co-production or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of community engagement for the Greenwich INT programme.
• Identify seldom-heard communities and engage with VCSE, faith groups.
• Analyse engagement feedback and prepare clear reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate events and workshops with partners and venues.
• Keep records and dashboards up to date for Greenwich activity.
