Job summary

Hult International Business School is seeking a part-time Student Life Intern to help create a welcoming, organized campus experience. You will support events, social media content, and cross-team collaboration across the London campus, while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with students and staff.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to excellent service. Shifts may include evenings and weekends, and compensation is GBP 21 per hour for up to 20 hours

Qualifications

• Hold a valid visa or the right to work in the UK for the duration of employment.
• Be available for shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of campus events, meetings, and activities.
• Assist with room setup, signage, equipment, catering, and registration materials.
• Provide on-site support during events, including guest welcome and registration.
• Develop content for campus social media and communications channels.
• Assist with capturing photographs/videos and scheduling posts in line with branding policies.
• Collaborate with Campus Operations, Student Life, Careers, and Technology teams to support campus operations.
