Job summary

EKFB is seeking a Community Engagement Team Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes based team. You will provide administrative support to the engagement team and coordinate community engagement activities, ensuring events and meetings are arranged and materials prepared for external stakeholders.

You will coordinate internal and external resources for engagement events, raise requisitions, process invoices, and draft presentations.

Qualifications

• Good people and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages).
• Can work independently and is proactive.
• Knowledge of the rail/infrastructure/construction industry (desirable).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community engagement events and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the engagement team.
• Draft presentations and research information for meetings.
• Ensure document control for engagement materials, presentations and briefings.
