Job summary

EKFB is seeking a Community Engagement Team Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes based team. You will provide administrative support to the engagement team and coordinate community engagement activities, ensuring events and meetings are arranged and materials prepared for external stakeholders.

You will coordinate internal and external resources for engagement events, raise requisitions, process invoices, and draft presentations.

Qualifications

  • Good people and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages).
  • Can work independently and is proactive.
  • Knowledge of the rail/infrastructure/construction industry (desirable).
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

About The Role

This role sits within the EKFBInterface&StakeholderManagementteam reporting to theHead of Engagement.The role willprovide support to the engagement teamin delivering to the HS2 Community Engagement Framework, by ensuring events and meetings are arranged, and suitable engagement materials are prepared andcommunicated to external stakeholders.

We are looking for Community Engagement Team Coordinator to join our team based in Milton Keynes.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the community engagement team and coordinate community engagement activities.

You will also coordinate internal and external resources needed for community engagement events. Raising requisitions for any purchase orders and ensuring invoices are processed. Drafting of presentations and researching information to contribute to meetings and ensure document control processes are followed for engagement materials, presentations and briefings
