Humankind Primary Care Recovery Service (PCRS) in Lewisham is seeking a full-time Community Engagement Coordinator to join our friendly team of Recovery Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of community groups within Lewisham and be familiar with the borough.

The role aims to engage people in treatment from underrepresented cohorts and work closely with Lewisham Experts by Experience Network (LEEN).

Brief duties of the role:

• Developing links with community groups
• Working closely with LEEN (Lewisham Experts by Experience Network)
• Delivering training to community groups with LEEN's support (non-opiate and alcohol focused)
• Providing preventative early advice, including harm minimisation, information, and brief treatment episodes
• Promoting inclusion and access to services as an EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) lead
