Education Impact Academy Trust is recruiting for a Community Engagement Coach to join a supportive team at The Hive College and associated sites in North Birmingham. The role focuses on enabling learners with complex needs to access education and the community, with emphasis on employability, independent living and inclusion.

As part of our on-going development of a highly successful specialist college, we have a Community Engagement Coach vacancy to join our team of professional and dedicated people. You may work with individuals who have physical disabilities, sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, or have a combination of these challenges.
