Education Impact Academy Trust (EIAT) is a federation of SEN and mainstream settings in North Birmingham. We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help provide a safe, supervised dining and play area for pupils.

You will work with dedicated staff to support pupils aged 4-25 with a range of needs, promote wellbeing, encourage independence and contribute to a positive school environment. Training and DBS checks are part of the process.

EIAT is a thriving Multi Academy Trust in North Birmingham incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School Mayfield School, Lime Tree Nursery and Blue Sky Nursery. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. As part of our on-going development of a highly successful specialist college, we have a Lunchtime Supervisor vacancy to join our team of professional and dedicated people. The college is a very happy and positive working environment. All staff are friendly and very supportive, we have excellent facilities and a superb environment to support teaching and learning and prepare our students for adulthood. We offer three individualised study programmes for students with PMLD, SLD, MLD and ASD. Our study programmes focus on preparation for adulthood, which include:

  Education Impact Academy Trust (EIAT) is three Special Schools and a Specialist College (19-25). We also have two mainstream day nurseries.

You will work with a team of staff to support children and young people to reach their full educational potential. We believe that 'Better Never Ends'. You may work with individuals who have physical disabilities, sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, or have a combination of these challenges.
