Job summary

WPS seeks a passionate Resident Liaison Officer to bridge residents and the delivery teams during retrofit works in Manchester. You will ensure clear communication, minimise disruption, and support warmer, healthier homes while helping residents reduce fuel bills and carbon emissions.

You’ll work in the Planned Division, build trust within local communities, manage resident expectations, and handle enquiries with empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in housing or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage resident expectations and resolve issues sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact between residents and delivery teams.
• Support retrofit projects to minimise disruption for households.
• Assist with DBS checks and pre-employment processes.
