Job summary

Thirteen Housing Group is seeking an Employability-focused professional to support people into employment, education and training. You will act as the main contact throughout this journey, helping with CVs, job applications and interview skills, while coordinating with the Employability team to create volunteering and training opportunities.

Based across the Tees Valley, you will travel as needed to engage communities, manage a caseload, coach individuals and groups, and ensure positive

• Experience of supporting people into employment, education and training.
• Ability to manage a caseload of customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Support people into employment, education and training.
• Provide a high-quality service to achieve positive outcomes.
• Liaise with Employability team to offer volunteering and training opportunities.
• Generate referrals into the service.
• Address barriers with proactive and flexible approaches.
• Travel occasionally within Tees Valley area as needed.
• Manage a caseload and coach customers 1:1 and in groups.
• Be aware of local context and its impact on participants.
