Qualifications

• Experience in housing, scheme manager or similar resident-facing role.
• Strong understanding of housing management and tenancy responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to resident wellbeing and positive customer experience.
• Able to organise activities and build community partnerships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple locations.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day housing management of two residential schemes in Abergavenny.
• Build positive relationships with residents and promote wellbeing.
• Carry out wellbeing checks and respond to concerns.
• Maintain a visible, approachable, resident-focused presence.
• Organise activities and initiatives to encourage community engagement.
• Travel between schemes as required and cover other schemes as needed.
