OurCoop is the UK’s largest independent co-operative Society, with a network of stores serving communities nationwide. We are looking for friendly, motivated people to help us deliver excellent service to customers, members and communities every day.

You’ll work as part of a multi-skilled team, covering different tasks in a fast-paced environment, including checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping and promotion of membership benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; show pride in appearance and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy talking and listening to customers; engage with community spirit.
• Able to be flexible with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checkouts and keep the shop floor tidy and welcoming.
• Promote membership benefits to customers and help them join.
• Support the daily running of the store and assist with in-store tasks as needed.
