Responsibilities

• Handle checkouts and assist customers at the shop floor.
• Support housekeeping and date code checks.
• Assist with temperature checks and general administration.
• Support in-store bakery when required.
• Promote membership benefits to customers and help them join.
• Work as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional service.
