Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting flexible Post Person with Driving roles in Newport via Angard Staffing. You will deliver letters and parcels by van, with portions on foot, across your local round. Candidates should be ready to walk long distances and stay active throughout the day.

Driving assessment is part of the start process. Roles offer varied shifts from early morning to evenings, with pay rates for different shifts and plenty of community-facing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, must be a team player and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels within your delivery round.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete route parts on foot as required.
