Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking an Adult Clinical Lead Nurse to deliver personalised community care and lead a team of carers, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. • Active NMC PIN as a registered nurse.
• Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support a team of carers to uphold high care standards.

As an Adult Clinical Lead you will:

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families

Criteria to apply:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
• Full UK driving licence
• Have a prior background in a similar clinical setting
• Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance
