Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children’s Occupational Therapist to support children and young people with complex needs in the community. This role offers an excellent rate of £40 per hour with a strong focus on disability adaptations and equipment.

You will undertake assessments and collaborate with families and various services, maintaining accurate documentation. A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential for the position.

The role offers a hybrid working setup to enhance flexibility while working with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Children’s Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with complex equipment and adaptations.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Undertake home-based assessments for children with a range of needs.
• Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations.
• Conduct manual handling and risk assessments.
• Provide clinical advice and guidance to families.
• Work collaboratively with NHS services and local authorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

Education
