Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to support social care delivery in Islington. In this role, you will conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions to help children and families in the community.

You will manage DFG assessments and work closely with multidisciplinary teams. The position offers a competitive pay rate of up to £35 per hour and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
• Proven experience in paediatric social care settings required.
• Strong knowledge of DFG processes and major adaptations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct DFG assessments and manage Major Adaptations cases.
• Complete Home Safety Equipment assessments.
• Triage referrals and prioritise cases effectively.
• Prepare detailed Rehousing Reports.
• Work collaboratively with families and housing teams.

Skills

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
