Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a motivated Band 5 Community Children’s Nurse to join our CCN Team. You will deliver high-quality, child-centred care in homes, nurseries and schools across the region, working with the Children's Complex Care Team to support children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality child-centred care in home, nursery and school settings.
• Collaborate with the Children’s Complex Care Team and paediatric services.
• Support children closer to home and help prevent unnecessary hospital admission.
