NHS Forth Valley is seeking a motivated Band 5 Community Children's Nurse to join the Community Children’s Nursing (CCN) Team. You will provide high-quality, child-centred care in community settings and work with families across homes, nurseries and schools.

Travel throughout the service area is essential. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team and PVG clearance is required. An NMC registration for a Child branch is essential to apply.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and compassionate Band 5 Community Children’s Nurses to join the Community Children’s Nursing (CCN) Team within NHS Forth Valley.

The CCN team delivers high-quality, child-centred care to children and young people with acute, chronic, and complex health needs across community settings including homes, nurseries, and schools. The team works in conjunction with our Children's Complex Care Team and there will be an opportunity to support this service. The team also works closely with acute paediatric services, including the Children’s Ward and Paediatric Day Unit, to support children closer to home and prevent unnecessary hospital admission.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive registered children’s nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care.

• Adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic community service

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Child) with current NMC registration (or RSCN)
