Job summary

NHS Scotland is inviting applications for a Community Clinic Registered Nurse Band 5 within Angus. The post involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes and GP practice settings, using clinical judgement and initiative daily.

The role offers autonomy across community hubs and home visits, with opportunities to expand skills and undertake advanced nursing tasks while maintaining strong teamwork with GP practices.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
• Registered Nurse Band 5 with NHS Scotland.
• Excellent communication, time management, adaptability and commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Wound care, minor injury management, ear care, phlebotomy and anticoagulation monitoring.
• Care for patients of all ages, including children.
• Work across Angus-wide clinics and home visits with GP practices and hub teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
