Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be an active leader within the church and community, building relationships with stakeholders to meet community needs.
• Ensure each element of the church's programmes has defined objectives with monitoring and review procedures.
• Ensure church buildings are managed, maintained and equipped to meet mission and health and safety requirements.
• Manage Church finances and all people-related activities of direct reports including recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.
