Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to deliver a high-quality housing management service across the Northwest region. You will work mostly from home with regular travel to schemes and tenancies, building strong relationships with residents and partners to sustain homes and improve communities.

You will manage tenancies, resolve anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, undertake estate visits and maintain accurate records, contributing to a safe, vibrant living

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an effective tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
• Supporting customers to sustain their tenancies.
• Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Undertaking estate inspections and neighbourhood visits.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Building positive relationships with residents and external partners.
• Promoting community engagement and neighbourhood pride.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
