Job summary

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust seeks a Caseload Holder to join the South East IDT team delivering urgent and planned care in the community on a permanent contract. Qualifications

• Level 1 Adult Nurse Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Diploma/Degree Specialist Practice in District Nursing or equivalent post-registration qualification.
• Community Practitioner Nurse Prescribing (V100/V150) or V300 or willing to work towards this.
• Wide range of nursing experience in a community setting.
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing training.
