Job summary

NWCare is seeking home care assistants for evening rotas in the Coleraine area. Training will be provided and Enhanced AccessNI certificate is required. The role offers full and part‑time hours with 4/3 shift patterns and a comprehensive staff development program.

Promoting person-centered care with dignity and respect is essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to support community-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• No qualifications or experience are necessary; full bespoke training will be provided.
• QCF Level 3 in H & SC is a listed qualification for progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care assistance in Coleraine area.
• Follow 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 Mon Tue Sat Sun; Week 2 Wed Thu Fri.
• Promote and deliver person-centered care.
• Promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

We are recruiting home care assistants for evening rotas in the Coleraine area.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Morning rota is from 07:00 - 14:30, Afternoon rota is from 15:00 - 18:30 and Put to bed/evening rota is from 19:00 - 23:00
