Responsibilities

• Help clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support.
• Give medication according to established schedules and guidelines.
• Assist patients with meal preparation and feeding as appropriate.
• Provide friendship and emotional support to alleviate loneliness or isolation.
• Safely transport clients to appointments or social activities.
• Monitor health condition and notify changes to healthcare professionals.
