Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in South Tyneside and surrounding areas. You will support clients at home with personal care, companionship and practical tasks, with flexible shifts and part-time or full-time options.

No prior care experience is required, and training is provided. We offer guaranteed hours in some roles, a competitive benefits package including holiday pay, pension, DBS/PVG, a company phone and a uniform, plus access to discounts and wellbeing support.

We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
