Your Role as a Community Carer
As a Beehive Community Carer, you’ll:

  • Support individuals with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housework
  • Provide meaningful companionship—sometimes a smile and a chat go a long way
  • Help customers stay active by supporting them with outings, appointments, and social time
  • Be a trusted link between individuals, their families, and other professionals

What You’ll Need

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • A caring, positive attitude and strong reliability
  • The ability to work independently and responsibly
  • No care experience? No problem—we provide full, paid training
  • A transferable DBS is helpful, but we can assist in arranging one
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (Please note: we cannot offer visa sponsorship or additional hours beyond visa conditions)

Competitive Pay

From £13.00 per hour
Weekday Evenings (6 PM–10 PM): £13.50
Weekends (7 AM–10 PM): £14.00
Bank Holidays: upto £20.25
