Job summary

Valley Care Nottingham is hiring Community Care Workers to support clients in Nottingham NG5/NG6/NG8 with trusted in-home care. The role offers guaranteed hours, a competitive £13.00 per hour wage, and a mileage allowance of 35p per mile. Full paid induction, DBS check, annual leave and a company phone are included.

We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience; training and ongoing development are provided, along with opportunities for progression and funded qualifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support personal care including washing, bathing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and use of mobility aids.
• Support with medication per care plans and training.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks; assist with eating and drinking.
• Help with household tasks: laundry, bedding, cleaning.
• Provide compassionate support across a range of needs, including end-of-life care if required.
