Job summary

Visiting Angels UK is seeking carers to visit clients in their own homes across Radcliffe-on-Trent and surrounding areas. You will support daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help clients maintain independence and comfort in familiar surroundings.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. A full UK driving license and access to a car are preferred. The role offers flexible patterns and a focus on person-centred care.

Salary And Benefits

Up To £13.75 an hour plus 30p Mileage and Paid Travel Time ON TOP of hourly rate.Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays plus Paid Travel Time plus 30p Mileage.Guaranteed hours available.Free DBS.Flexible Work Patterns.£150 refer a friend scheme.

What would you be doing?

As a carer you will be visiting our clients in their own homes. Supporting them with everyday tasks, so they can continue to live independently whilst enriching their lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties Will Include

• Personal care, helping them to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening, including a shower or bath.
• Assist them with dressing/undressing.
• Preparing meals and snacks.
• Helping with laundry or light housework.
• Supporting our clients to access the community.
• Prompting & administering medication.
• Companionship.
