Job summary

Expertise Homecare in Wales is seeking Driving Community Care Workers to support clients in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will visit customers in their own homes, help with daily activities and ensure their safety and comfort.

We offer a thorough induction, ongoing training and a pay scale from £13.45 to £17 per hour, with travel time, waiting time and mileage included; non-driver or driver status affects pay bands.

Qualifications

• Must be a good communicator, empathetic, flexible, honest and punctual.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not required; full induction and ongoing training provided.
• Pay bands depend on experience, qualifications and driver status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to customers in their own homes.
• Assist with daily tasks and mobility within a domiciliary care setting.
• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance and report changes to the care team.
