Job summary

Avon Search is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded domiciliary care provider in Colwyn Bay. This role offers guaranteed 30 hours per week at £13.65–£14.65 per hour, with additional paid travel time and mileage.

• Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
• Support with medication in line with care plans.
• Prepare meals and encourage nutrition and hydration.
• Undertake light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients to attend appointments and access their local community.
• Encourage independence and promote choice.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Report changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior team.
• Work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.

The Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Your duties will include:
