Job summary

Cera is hiring a community carer in Ebbw Vale. You will support clients at home, assist with personal care, meals and medications, and travel between visits in your own vehicle. No prior experience is required, and a driving licence is essential to visit clients across the area.

The role offers flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings and nights) with guaranteed hours where possible and the potential for career development within Cera Tech to help reduce admin and hospitalisations.

The Role

Supporting clients in Ebbw Vale, Tredegar, New Tredegar and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Registration

In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.
