Job summary

Cera Care in Wales is seeking a community carer in Pentrebach to support clients at home with personal care, meals, and medications.

You’ll work across mornings, days, evenings and nights with shifts designed for balance, with every other weekend off. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, and DBS, company phone and uniform are provided.

The Role: Supporting clients in Merthyr Tydfil, Pentrebach, Nant-ddu, Tredegar, Aberdareand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
