Job summary

Helping Hands Homecare, Cannock branch, is seeking a Branch Care Manager to lead delivery of exceptional community care. You’ll guide a local team, uphold high quality standards, and ensure safe, personalised support for customers.

You’ll manage budgets and regulatory compliance, build relationships with healthcare professionals and local authorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the branch with heart.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving strong performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding care with regular visits and services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive a right first time culture.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support Area Care Manager and share best practices region-wide.
