Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in community or home-care settings.
• Strong communication with customers, staff, and external partners.
• Solid understanding of CQC/CIW standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, building a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding care, including regular visits and respite services.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across services.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners to grow your customer base.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support Area Care Manager and fellow leaders by sharing best practice and embedding a culture of excellence.
