Care Santé Limited is seeking caring Care Assistants to join our home care teams in Faversham, Boughton and surrounding areas. We offer full-time and part-time positions with shifts mornings 7am-3pm and evenings 3pm-10pm. You will support vulnerable adults at home to live independently and with dignity.

No prior experience is required—full training, paid induction, and ongoing training are provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• No previous experience required; must show compassion and communication skills and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Responsabilités

• Helping service users overcome mobility problems and physical disabilities, including aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required.
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute to a person’s end-of-life care.

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of;

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm

As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.
